Departure Options
Pick up locations may vary, but available options are along North Lake Livingston and the Trinity River. Specific location will be determined upon booking.
Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may reduce cruise time or result in forfeiture of booking.

Terms and Conditions
Reservation & Payment
Deposit required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due one (1) day (24 hours) prior to departure. If final payment is not received, your cruise will be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cruise may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Inclement Weather Notice
All cruises are weather permitting and subject to safe operating conditions. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, or any other weather condition the operator deems unsafe), the cruise may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the operator’s discretion. If your cruise is canceled due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund only if cancelled prior to leaving the dock. R4 Scenic Water Views, LLC reserves the right to offer any proration of funds.
Safety & Conduct
Life jackets are available and may be required for children or during certain conditions in accordance with state and federal laws. Noncompliance may result in cancellation of the cruise without refund.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain or crew.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation.
Disorderly conduct may result in termination of the cruise without refund.
Children & Pets
In accordance with state law, children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on board.
No pets allowed on board the vessel.
Liability
The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
All guests participate at their own risk. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
